When you contact Ascend or submit a project request, we may collect your name, organization, email address, telephone number, project location, requested service and the project details you choose to provide. Our hosting and security systems may also process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, assess project fit, prepare proposals, coordinate requested services, maintain business records and protect the website from abuse. Ascend does not sell personal information.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not authorize service providers to use inquiry information for their own marketing.

Inquiry and project information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, business, legal and recordkeeping purposes. Ascend uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask to review, correct or delete personal information that you have submitted, subject to legal and legitimate business-record requirements. Do not use the website form to send highly sensitive information. Contact Ascend directly if a project requires a more secure exchange.
